FREE IN-HOME DESIGN CONSULTATION

A designer visits the home and has an in-depth discussion with you – what you want to use the space for, how many spaces you need, how that can function with your yard – and discusses the budget that works for you. The designer will also help you select products based off the budget and can discuss pricing for both materials and installation. The designer will also take pictures and measurements.

3D IMAGE

Our designers use our design center to create a 3D image of your project using the latest technology that incorporates many of the products and materials into the design software. This image is based on the initial meeting and estimated cost discussed. *Not all consultations result in a 3D design. Design software is a sales tool to show usage of the project, material options and size. Some aspects are not represented properly in this software.

REVIEW DESIGN

Design and quote are sent to client for review. A second meeting can be scheduled to review the design, any changes, selection of materials and amenities. The office has a display of the most current colors and materials. The budget is discussed again as well as warranty, terms, timeline and scheduling of the project.

APPROVAL

Upon client approval of price and design, payment of deposit is made (deposit varies based on the cost and scope of the project - each one is a little bit different). Permitting, zoning and HOA approvals are started. A standard application for each of these departments is included in our services.

Not quite ready to set things in motion? If you want to postpone your project, Creative Earthscapes will keep the design drawings on file until you are ready – that way you don’t have to start all over when the time is right but can jump right into your project!
