Thank you for visiting our Budget guide! We understand that it’s hard to find out what these projects can cost, so we are here to help again. We created this page to be a tool to share the cost of some standard sized projects in different material options. Since every home is unique and every yard has a different grade, you will find that some things like steps and skirting prices are not included. Instead of an exact cost, it is meant to be used as a guide for those early in the decision-making process, please reach out to us to set up a free design consultation to get more details on your specific project and the needs of your yard.
Classic Paver Patio: Starting at $17,500
- 400 ft2 Unilock Paver Patio (Classic Camelot or Hollandstone- 8 color choices)
- 10' Seating Wall 20" tall using Brussels Dimensional Stone with Brussels cap
- 2 Pillars, Brussels Dimensional Stone with standard 6-piece cap
- Add a woodburning fire-pit for $1625
- Steps not included - price varies based on height and style
- Upgrade to Beacon Hill or add a lighting package
Edge Composite Deck with Cedar Rails: Starting at $23,000
- 16'x20' Timbertech Edge Prime deck flooring installed with Hidden Fasteners and Fascia (elevation of project over 60" subject to additional material costs)
- Cedar Handrail with black aluminum balusters
- 3 Steps 4' wide included - more or less steps will impact pricing
- Skirting not included - price varies on height and style
- Upgrade to Composite rails, add a lighting package, add gravel and landscape fabric under deck or add skirting to the deck
- Standard permits included
Terrain Composite deck with Composite rails: Starting at $26,500
- 16' x 20' Timbertech Terrain series deck flooring installed with hidden fasteners and includes fascia. (elevation of project over 60" subject to additional material costs)
- 2 Handrail choices - Radiance Express or Westbury Tuscany
- 3 Steps 4' wide included - more or less steps will impact pricing
- Skirting not included - price varies on height and style
- Upgrade with gravel & landscape fabric under deck, skirting, or a light package
- Standard permits included
Screen Room with Composite flooring: Starting at $45,000
- 16'x14' Gable Roof Screen Room (elevation of project over 60" subject to additional material costs)
- Timbertech Edge Series flooring installed with hidden fasteners and includes fascia
- LP Smart Bead Board ceiling and Trim
- Westbury Screen rail tracks for floor to ceiling removable screens (elevated under 30")
- Rooms built over with floor elevation over 30" needs will need 36" railing or knee wall; not included in this cost
- Includes fan install, 4 can lights and 3 outlets - client to provide ceiling fan
- Shingles to match existing on house, standard gutters and downspouts included (not to be tied into existing drainage)
- Standard permit included
Fireplace: Starting at $22,000
- 5' x 3' x 8' wood burning fireplace on a concrete footer
- Stone Age insert with Unilock Brussels Dimensional, Veneer Stone or Brick facing
- Ledgestone hearth and mantle
- Gas option also available including ventless gas fireplace inserts and wood burning gas-ignition
- Height and shape can add to price
Pavilions: Gable, Shed or Hipped Roof Options Starting at $25,000
- Several Roof Style Choices- Gable, Shed, or Hipped Roofs
- Built to Ohio Code, Based on the Style of Your Home and Vision
- Size Recommendation 14' x 14' or larger
- Standard 30-year dimensional shingles - Upgrade to Metal Roofing Available
- Pine Framing with Appropriate Finishes - Cedar, LP Smart, or Composite
- Ceiling fan installation included; outlets available as well
- Ceiling finish determined by style, but typically will be LP smart Bead Board or Pine TNG
- Gutters available as an upgrade
- Standard permitting, zoning and HOA included in cost
- Cost does not include stain or paint if necessary
